On May 9th, the Project Life + MarPro was present at the "Open Day" at the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa in Olhão, Portugal.
Several activities were presented to the visitants, such as the presentation of the project´s actions and objectives, and the participation in the main activity entitled "How we find out what dolphins, whales and marine turtles eat?", that could show the methods of diet analysis of some cetaceans and marine turtles found along the Portuguese Continental coast and the importance of these studies.
Participants could also visit the laboratories that support the work of the local stranding network team and obtain materials referring to the Life+ MarPro project.
